Parcel Kit curates travel-size skincare into seasonal boxes. I designed the full unboxing choreography: a rigid mailer in signature cobalt, patterned tissue, a belly band with the season's story, and inserts that teach the routine step by step.
Every layer reveals the next with intention — open, unfold, discover — turning a delivery into a ritual subscribers film and share.
The challenge
Protect fragile glass bottles through national shipping while keeping the whole kit recyclable — and make the third box feel as exciting as the first.
The approach
We engineered the insert as a molded-pulp tray (protection plus sustainability), then layered print finishes — matte, gloss spot, and a single foil — so each season refreshes the story without retooling the structure.
